Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location.
Shipping Charges:
Free delivery on orders over AED 300.
For orders under AED 300, a flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Damaged or Lost Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will assist with replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
